The error described above is corrected by an SAP GUI for Windows patch.The corrections are contained in the following patches:- SAP GUI for Windows 7.20: Patch level 14- SAP GUI for Windows 7.30: Patch level 2Install this patch or a more recent patch (SAP GUI patches are cumulative).Downloading SAP GUI patchesAll SAP GUI patches are made available on SAP Service Marketplace. For more information about where the patches are stored, see SAP Note 563161. SAP Note 330793 describes how you can download the patches.Installing SAP GUI patchesThe installation of SAP GUI patches is described in detail in the SAP GUI installation guide.
