Please follow the below manual steps to remove the display/maintenance authorizations or import the corrections via Support Package
1. Go to tranaction se11.
2. Enter the table name CREP_CERT
3. Click on 'Change' button
4. Click on Delivery and maintenace tab
5. Change the attribute 'Data Browser/Table View Maint.' to 'Display/Maintenance not allowed'
