Уязвимость в функции cifs_close в fs/cifs/file.c в ядре Linux позволяет локальным пользователям вызвать отказ в обслуживании (разыменование нулевого указателя и BUG) или оказать иное воздействие на систему, установив флаг O_DIRECT при попытке открыть файл в файловой системе CIFS.
