Several solutions are available
Subsequently assign the WF-BACKGROUND user to the 'SUPER' user group. Also make sure the indicated administrators do not belong to the 'SUPER' user group as well. If so, you will not be able to change the WF-BACKGROUND user anymore.
Execute the following source code correction: This correction guarantees that the autocustomizing creates the WF-BACKGROUND user with the 'SUPER' user group right from the beginning.
