Implement the attached correction instruction.

Please follow the following steps to correct the issue.
1. Open transaction SE11.
2. Select the radio button "Database Table".
3. Give the table name as "CRMPHA_DEA_SCHED" and click on "Display".
4. Click on "Goto->Technical Settings" in the menu.
5. Click on the edit button.
6. Enable the checkbox "Log data changes" which is available at the bottom of the page.
7. Click on "Save".
8. Click on "Activate".
Repeat the above steps for the tables CRMPHAC_DEA_SC_T and CRMPHAC_SAMP_MGT.
