Go to txn se11
1> Enter table name CRMC_ORGPROF and click on display.
2> Click on Technical Settings tab.
3> Check the field "Log Data Changes"
4> Save and activate the changes
Repeat step 2-4 after entering table name CRMC_ORGPROFT and HRP5551 respectively
