Как исправить
In order to block the application to display support information on exception page you need to import following correction (special development) which is included in patch listed below.
Additionally, you have to set Java server parameter
com.sap.ip.bi.doNotShowStackTraceInExceptionPage=true
the full notation in config tool is
-Dcom.sap.ip.bi.doNotShowStackTraceInExceptionPage=true
and needs to be set on all application servers.
If this parameter is not existing in the system, default behaviour (display of support information) will be applied.
This note is extending special development described by note 1122437 which does the same, but only for the external iViews

In case you want to avoid the support information also on the URL
com.sap.ip.bi.web.portal.integration.launcher
you should use this solution.
