Уязвимость в Mozilla Firefox позволяет злоумышленнику, действующему удаленно, вызвать отказ в обслуживании (аварийное завершение работы приложения) и, возможно, выполнить произвольный код с использованием множественных JavaScript-событий с заданным временем исполнения, загружающих XML-файл с глубоким уровнем вложенности и перенаправляющих браузер на другую страницу, что приводит к множественному сбою, в результате которого некорректно высвобождается память из-под структур данных, например, ffoxdie и ffoxdie3. Замечание:  уязвимость ffoxdie также существует в Netscape и K-Meleon.
